Demetri Iouliou.

Demetri's belief in incorporating elements of yoga into the corporate environment is supported by research that shows the benefits of yoga for mental and physical health. Yoga practices such as breathing techniques, movement, and relaxation can be helpful in reducing stress and improving overall well-being.

Incorporating yoga into the workplace can lead to a reduction in physical pain, which is often associated with sitting for long periods or performing repetitive tasks. Yoga can also help to improve posture and prevent injuries caused by poor ergonomics.

The practice of yoga can also have a positive impact on mental health. Yoga's emphasis on mindfulness and being present in the moment can help to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Yoga can also help to improve focus, concentration, and cognitive function, which can result in more productive and motivated teams.
